High-Protein Superfoods Oatmeal
- 1/2 cup organic rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop (29 g) Truvani Organic Plant-Based Protein Powder - Vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
- Dash Redmond Real Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Ceylon cinnamon
Toppings
- 1-2 Tbsp. dried cranberries
- 1 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds
- 1 Tbsp. sliced almonds
- 1 Tbsp. Rich Nuts Sprouted Maple Pecans
- In small saucepan, bring almond milk to gentle simmer. Stir in oatmeal and cook 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until creamy.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly, 30-60 seconds.
- Stir in Truvani protein powder, chia seeds, hemp seeds, Redmond salt and cinnamon until smooth.
- Transfer to bowl and add all toppings.
- Add splash of almond milk, if desired.
