Directions
Mix 6 tablespoons Black Cherry Juice Concentrate with 5 fl oz water, seltzer or juice to make an 8 fl oz serving.
Shake well before use. Avoid direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening for safety. Keep dry and at room temperature (59° -86°F [15° - 30°C]).

Black Cherry Mini Sandwich Cookies
There are better-for-you ways to enjoy chocolate and this recipe is one of them. This bite-sized dessert uses only a few simple ingredients making it easy enough to put together in just a few minutes. The best part? There's no baking required! Half the work is already done for you. Just quickly whip up the black cherry frosting and sandwich it between two gluten-, dairy- and nut-free Enjoy Life chocolate cookies.
Black Cherry Mini Sandwich Cookies
Makes about 35 mini sandwich cookies
Ingredients
1 package Enjoy Life Minis Chocolate Chip
2-½ cups sifted powdered sugar
6 Tbsp. butter flavored shortening
3 Tbsp. Vitacost Black Cherry Juice Concentrate
Directions
- With a handheld mixer, whip together the powdered sugar, shortening and cherry juice concentrate until light and fluffy. Add more cherry juice concentrate as needed for desired consistency.
- Scoop the frosting into a medium plastic bag and cut one of the corners off. Use this as your piping bag!
- Pipe frosting on one cookie and sandwich with the other. Store in an airtight container for 4-5 days.
