Fish Tacos With Cilantro-Lime Dressing
Add fresh flavors to Taco Tuesday with these gluten-free fish tacos. Cabbage, radish, jalapeño and cilantro add kick and crunch to generously seasoned snapper. Pan-fry the fish in
Nutiva’s 100% avocado oil, a healthy fat intended for high-heat cooking. Scoop hefty portions of warm fish and fresh toppings into gluten-free tortillas, and top with
Primal Kitchen’s cilantro-lime dressing – a creamy, cool finish after a kick of spice. Experiment with other toppings and sauces to make it your own.
