Directions
For Immediate and Urgent Use: Take 3-5 caps with cool water on empty stomach, every 1-3 hours.
Maintenance: Take 2-3 caps at least 30 min. before breakfast and 2-3 caps mid-afternoon at least 2 hours after eating. Others may prefer once a day dosage.
