3 Healthy Fruit Ice Pop Recipes
Ingredients
Mango Ice Pops
1 ripe mango, peeled and cut
4 Tbsp. oat milk
1 tsp. chia seeds
Kiwi Ice Pops
2 kiwis, peeled and cut
2 Tbsp. oat milk
1 Tbsp. blue agave
1 tsp. chia seeds
Strawberry Ice Pops
5 fresh strawberries
2 Tbsp. oat milk
1 Tbsp. blue agave
1 tsp. chia seeds
Directions
- In a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients except for chia seeds. Process until smooth.
- Stir in in chia seeds and pour mixture into ice pop molds.
- Place in the freezer for 8 hours or overnight.
