Centrifuge Extracted Coconut Oil

Our Centrifuge Extracted, Virgin Unrefined Organic Coconut Oil is different from most coconut oils. It is made from freshly pressed coconut milk that passes through a series of centrifuges that seperate the oil from the water components of the milk. The result is a pure, isolated oil that is creamy and smooth with a very mild, light coconut taste. Many feel it is the best coconut oil available and will eat it off the spoon.

Walnut & Pecan Energy Balls

Sprouted nuts (germination releases nutrients!), sweet dates and warm notes of vanilla, cinnamon and cacao blend into a satisfyingly chewy bite — perfect for mornings, slumps or anytime you’re craving something wholesome yet a touch indulgent.

Walnut & Pecan Energy Balls

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Rich Nuts Sprouted Walnuts-Cinnamon Crunch (ground)
  • 1/2 cup Rich Nuts Sprouted Pecans-Maple (ground)
  • 10 soft Medjool dates (pitted)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tsp. raw cacao powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. Redmond Real Salt Sea Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp. coconut oil

Coating

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (for rolling)
  1. In bowl of food processor, combine almond flour with ground walnuts and pecans. Pulse several times to mix evenly.
  2. Add dates, vanilla, cacao, cinnamon and salt.
  3. Process until mixture forms sticky dough that holds together when pressed. If too dry add 1 more date or 1 teaspoon warm water. If too sticky add 1-2 tablespoons almond flour.
  4. In small bowl, add shredded coconut.
  5. Scoop about 1 tablespoon mixture and roll into ball. Roll in shredded coconut until fully covered. Place in container.
  6. Refrigerate 15-30 minutes to firm up.
  7. Store in refrigerator up to 1 week. Freeze up to 3 months.

Variations:
• Add a scoop of Ancient Nutrition Collagen powder or Truvani Plant Protein for more protein, if desired.
