Coconut Milk Powder
Our Organic Coconut Milk Powder is completely vegan and non-dairy. It is also soy-free and gluten-free. Many coconut milk powders contain sodium caseinate, which is a dairy protein, as an emulsifier. Ours does not and instead contains an organic, dairy-free emulsifier. It is 97% coconut milk and is comprised of only 3 ingredients. This is an excellent milk for those with lactose intolerance as well as those simply wanting to avoid animal milk. Flexible and economical - make as little or as much coconut milk as you need.
Directions
Directions for Use:
Dissolve Organic Coconut Milk Powder in hot, purified water. The more powder used the richer the milk.
To make light milk: mix ½ cup Organic Coconut Milk Powder with 1 cup hot water.
To make milk: mix ¾ to 1 cup (depending on desired richness) Organic Coconut Milk Powder with 1 cup hot water.
To make cream: mix 1 ½ cups Organic Coconut Milk Powder with 1 cup hot water.

Chocolate-Espresso Chia Pudding
What do you get when you infuse a balanced meal with a boost of java? One bangin’ breakfast! Made with real chocolate, fluffy coconut cream and a dash of coffee, this plant-based and gluten-free
chia seed pudding is the perfect grab-and-go dish.
Chocolate-Espresso Chia Pudding
- 1/3 cups chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp. Wildly Organic Cacao Powder
- 2 Tbsp. strong coffee, (chilled)
- 1 Tbsp. Wildly Organic Coconut Milk Powder
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 Tbsp. Wildly Organic Chocolate Syrup (+ more for optional topping)
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- In large bowl, mix all ingredients except for coconut cream. Set aside for 20 minutes and mix again until pudding thickens.
- Portion half the pudding between two small mason jars. Add a dollop of coconut cream into each jar.
- Layer remaining pudding and coconut cream. Top with a drizzle of chocolate sauce if desired.
- Refrigerate 2-4 hours to firm up before serving,
