Fermented Cacao Nibs
Our Nibs are made from cacao pods that are fermented in banana leaves in the shade for 3-5 days. Shelled and husked, the nibs are never roasted or see any additional heat. Many people looking for the antioxidants, particularly flavonoids and polypheols, in dark chocolate often purchase cacao nibs because they are minimally processed and contain no added sugars. Our Cacao Nibs have a chocolatey flavor but they're not as sweet as mass produced chocolate. Enjoy them in smoothies, ice cream, cookies, granola and trail mix.

Superfood Overnight Oats with Fresh Raspberry Puree
Go to bed anxiously awaiting the alarm with this superfood
overnight oats recipe. Make it with the kids at night and watch as they devour a vegan, gluten-free breakfast packed with
superfoods such as chia seeds and hemp seeds. While the sweet, tart raspberry puree is treat enough, there’s no shame in adding optional toppings like cacao nibs, date syrup or a pinch of Himalayan salt.
Superfood Overnight Oats with Fresh Raspberry Puree
- 1-1/2 cups organic sprouted rolled oats
- 3 Tbsp. organic chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp. organic hemp seeds
- Splash nut-based milk
- 1 tsp. organic vanilla extract (pure)
- 1/2 cup organic raspberries (fresh)
- 2 Tbsp. organic maple syrup (or honey)
Optional
- Organic 100% cacao nibs (raw)
- 1/2 cup raspberries (frozen)
- Maple syrup (or date syrup)
- Pinch Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- In medium bowl, mash raspberries with back of fork to desired smoothness.
- Divide mashed raspberries into individual jars or bowls.
- In same bowl, combine dry ingredients and mix well.
- Add remaining ingredients. Stir, then add syrup, vanilla and milk to taste. Let mixture thicken for 5 minutes.
- Layer oat mixture over raspberries. Cover jars and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. For best results, refrigerate overnight.
- To serve, add splash of milk and top with frozen raspberries, cacao nibs or drizzle of maple syrup.
