Natural Coconut Milk Powder

Our Natural Coconut Milk powder is smooth, silky, and contains the sweet taste of coconuts. Many people eat it right off the spoon. This powder makes thick, rich coconut milk which contains a touch of maltodextrin (a flocculating agent) and sodium caseinate (a milk protein) to keep the oil in the follicle. Our Natural Coconut Powder is made up of 65% coconut oil (rich in medium chain fatty acids). By simply adding hot water, it can be used for puddings, desserts, exotic dishes, pina coladas, and more. Flexible and economical – make as little or as much coconut milk as you need.


Directions

Directions for Use:
Dissolve Coconut Milk Powder in hot, purified water. The more powder, the richer the milk.

For Desserts: 2/3 cup Coconut Milk Powder with 2/3 cup hot water.

For Cooking: 2/3 cup Coconut Milk Powder with 1/4 cup hot water.

For Beverages: 2/3 cup Coconut Milk Powder with 1 1/4 cup hot water.

Banana layer

  • 1 banana (peeled and mashed)
  • 1 tsp. sweetener of choice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1-1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup Navitas Organics Chia Seeds

Blackberry layer

  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1-1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup Navitas Organics Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1 tsp. Navitas Organics Acai Powder

Optional toppings

  • Blackberries
  • Banana slices
  • Coconut flakes
  1. In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for blackberry layer. Using back of fork, mash blackberries and mix everything together. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours to overnight. (Note: The mixture will be runny until the chia seeds absorb liquid to create a gel.)
  2. In mixing bowl, combine banana layer ingredients, mashing banana and mixing together well. Cover and refrigerate alongside berry mixture.
  3. In 4 mason jars or in bowls with lids, evenly divide blackberry mixture in a layer followed by the banana mixture. Top with optional toppings of choice and enjoy.
  4. To store, seal jars with lids and refrigerate up to 3 days.
