KA–ME Organic Coconut Milk is a premium quality product, grown and produced on an organic plantation surrounded by highlands in Thailand. All of the coconuts are harvested by hand and immediately dehusked, peeled and cracked open for maximum freshness. KA–ME Organic Coconut Milk is a traditional ingredient commonly used in many Thai and Southeast Asian recipes such as soups, sauces and curries.

Strawberries & Cream Dairy-Free Ice Cream
- 10 oz. frozen strawberries
- 2 cups canned coconut milk
- 3 Tbsp. sweetened condensed coconut milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- Set juicer to sorbet setting and puree strawberries into bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Alternatively, use high speed blender to blend together all ingredients until thoroughly combined.
- Pour into large, freezer-safe bowl, cover, and freeze 2-3 hours or overnight.
- Thaw at room temperature about 15 minutes before serving.
