• 2 cups sour cream

  1. Mix contents with 2 cups sour cream.
  2. Chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Serve with crackers, chips or fresh vegetables.

Rosemary & Olive Oil Crackers

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Savory, flavorful crackers come together in a snap with just a few pantry staples in this easier-than-you-think recipe. A simple olive oil and flour dough incorporates fresh rosemary to create herbaceous, crispy crackers. Snack on them as is, toss them in soups and add them proudly to a charcuterie board. Rosemary & Olive Oil Crackers

  • 1-1/2 cups organic unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. coarse kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ cup water
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line with parchment paper. Lay large sheet of parchment paper on counter and lightly sprinkle with flour.
  2. In large bowl whisk together flour, salt, sugar, garlic powder and rosemary.
  3. Using silicone spatula, stir in water and olive oil. Switch to hands to mix further and form dough into ball. Lightly sprinkle dough ball with flour.
  4. On parchment paper laid on counter, place dough and, using rolling pin, roll into approximately 1/8-inch thick rectangle.
  5. Trim edges with knife or pastry wheel. Cut into squares or rectangles of preferred size. (note: 1-1/2-inch squares were cut in this recipe.)
  6. Using fork, prick each cracker a couple times.
  7. Using pastry brush, lightly brush crackers with water and sprinkle with more salt, if desired.
  8. On 12-inch x 17-inch baking sheet, place parchment paper with rolled-out.
  9. Bake for about 12 minutes or until crackers start to turn golden brown.
  10. Cool crackers on cooling rack until completely cold before storing in airtight container.
