Turn a family weekend on the lake into a wellness retreat! There's nothing like waking up to a sunrise over still water. Fun fitness --  The greatest part of being on a lake is the accessibility you have to a variety of activities. Typically, there are nature trails that circle the lake. And, of course, the water is calm enough for just about any water sport -- from something as soothing as a morning kayak to an afternoon of high-energy water skiing.

Morning wake-up workouts:

Excellent eats -- At the end of an active day, gather the family around for a meal that will satisfy exhausted bodies. Aim to keep your dinner healthy with a few easy ingredient swaps.

Because everyone loves melt-in-your-mouth s'mores, grab a bag of fat-free marshmallows, graham crackers and coconut-flavored cacao bars. The chocolate bars are jam-packed with antioxidants and other good-for-you ingredients, plus they're made with 66% cacao. I'll roast to that!
